Website Launched from Scratch in Just Six Week
The Alpine-Adriatic Danube Power Exchange (ADEX) is the first regional power exchange for Central and South-Eastern Europe
Following the merger, the group sought to unify its members’ online presence with a cohesive design system—one that balances shared branding and content with space for unique features and requirements.

Challenge
Building a cohesive digital platform during organizational transformation and tight deadlines
At the end of 2024, the Slovenian BSP, the Hungarian HUPX, and the Serbian SEEPEX were integrated under the ADEX Group, paving the way for the creation of a unified regional trading platform. Amidst organizational changes and a rebranding process, the focus shifted to developing a new, shared digital platform. This platform needed to provide a consistent visual identity while also allowing each company to maintain its own branding and functionality.
We are proud that the group entrusted us with this task. As the first milestone, the central website of the ADEX Group had to be completed within six weeks – laying the foundation for the development of the other four companies’ websites.

Solution
A modular, multi-domain CMS delivered in six weeks—balancing customization, speed, and scalability
The website was built using our proprietary CMS system, Modulo, based on Drupal. This enabled us to launch a complex platform within just six weeks, equipped with extensive functionality, integrations, and custom solutions.
We began the project by aligning on brand identity and client needs, followed by the design of key pages. Based on the agreed visual elements and operational principles, we updated the CMS’s design system components, which then guided the development of the site’s final appearance.
Modulo supports multilingual, SEO-optimized, responsive, and modular content management, and also allows for multi-domain architecture.
This makes it possible to manage several websites – even with differing layouts and appearances – within a single system under a unified administration.
The project’s success was driven by the seamless and continuous collaboration between the two teams, pre-configured system capabilities, and a component-based development approach. As a result, we were able to progress efficiently through both planning and implementation, while also delivering unique features such as sticky navigation elements and real-time, API-driven charts displaying volume and pricing data.
